Grades and Transcripts

If you are a nonmatriculated (visiting) student (i.e., not enrolled in a degree granting program), you automatically will receive a grade report listing your summer course(s) and grade(s), which will be mailed to your home address in late August. If you are a matriculated student, you can access your grade(s) via RTTRS or WEBREG within a week to ten days after your course has ended, provided your instructor has submitted the grades to the Registrar.

Transcripts will not be available until your instructor has submitted the grades to the Registrar.

If you require an official transcript for your records or for tuition reimbursement purposes, it must be requested in writing (no phone or email requests accepted) by completing an official transcript request form available at this link.

Transcripts are available once grades have been posted.

There is no fee for an official transcript.
